U13 Season Report

It was great to have 2 teams at U13 this year.

The Crows under the captaincy of James Hiscocks had a fairly good season, beating Barry and suffering the narrowest of losses against Creigiau and Sully. There were good performances with the bat from James, Ton Brookfield, Connor Hetherton, and Ryan Thompson, whilst in the bowling department all bowlers enjoyed some success.

 

The Ravens under Ioan Williams captaincy won two matches - the derby against the Crows and the match with Barry. Ioan shone with the bat as did Luc Cooper, and Malachai Corrigan. Dan Lewis was pick of the bowlers, but all bowlers had a good season.

 

Several of the lads represented the Senior side  in friendlies and midweek league games, and one even made it into a 2nd XI match. Four of the boys also gave a great account of themselves in the club’s single wicket competition.
